1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LogicLane platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. LogicLane reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Platform Access and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. LogicLane may suspend access immediately upon detection of suspicious activity.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and trademarks on LogicLane remain the exclusive property of LogicLane and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform solely for its intended business purposes. Reverse engineering or unauthorized copying is strictly prohibited.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to upload malicious code, infringe on third-party rights, or use the platform for illegal activities. LogicLane may remove content and terminate accounts that violate these standards without prior notice.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of LogicLane is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect analytics data to improve platform performance but never sell personally identifiable information. You retain ownership of content you upload.

6. Limitation of Liability

LogicLane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you during the preceding twelve months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property and liability survive termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wilmington, Delaware.
